Investor Overview · October 2026
VORZANI is a connected-fitness ecosystem built on rotational torque and pendulum swings — a patent-pending Fitness Sphere at $199, a daily training app, and the gear to live in. The incumbents bolted $2,000 machines to walls. We built the gym that packs itself.
Raising a $2M seed · Ron L. Wilson, II — Founder & Coach
The Founder
I was the first in my family to graduate from college — Parkersburg, West Virginia to Virginia Tech Industrial & Systems Engineering to the Wharton School, where I founded my first company. I invented the 180s behind-the-head ear warmer and built it into a $50M company. JACO rode the rise of MMA. HYLETE, which I co-founded in 2012, was one of the first direct-to-consumer apparel brands — we grew it to over $13M a year in under eight years, with 25,000 certified ambassadors. Fifty-plus patents along the way, a published 8-habit wellness framework, and two training apps before this one.
VORZANI is mine end to end: I invented the Sphere, wrote the methodology, designed the gear, and built the app — a one-founder operation running on a modern AI-powered operating stack, which is why it moves at the speed of a funded team without one. At 58 I'm reinventing myself on my own product, in the best shape of my life. I don't just talk the method. I train it every day.
The Problem
$2,000–$4,000
The incumbents built beautiful machines most households can't afford, can't move, and can't take anywhere. The mass market was left behind.
Straight Lines
Machines isolate muscles along fixed, linear paths. Real movement — reaching, throwing, swinging — is rotational. Gym training ignores how the body actually works.
The Body Pays
Athletic lives rarely end in competition. They end in the joints that straight-line loading grinds down and rotational training protects.
The Insight
Muscle, connective tissue, and fascia wrap the body in rotational chains — that is where real power comes from. VORZANI trains them directly: rotational torque and pendulum swings, coached as a daily practice.
The Ecosystem
Every layer makes the others stickier: the hardware starts the habit, the software keeps it, the gear carries the brand into daily life.
The Software
The founder's third training app, built on his published 8-habit framework. Live today and held in beta deliberately — every early member shapes it.
Where We Stand — October 2026
Market & Model
The wedge: a $199 entry in a category whose leaders start at $2,000 — portable where they are bolted down, rotational where they are linear, and holistic where they stop at the workout.
| Revenue layer | Price point | Role in the model |
|---|---|---|
| Sphere + App bundle | $199 | The entry — hardware margin plus 12 months of the VORZANI Fit app |
| App subscription | Annual renewal | The recurring engine — the daily habit renews itself |
| Apparel & gear attach | Member pricing | Repeat purchase across a line the founder has designed for decades |
| Trainer & coach platform | Future | The platform layer — coaches program on VORZANI, members follow them |
| Clinics, classes & B2B | Future | Longevity clinics, studios, and team training — one national-network conversation already open |
One member, five revenue layers — and every layer raises the switching cost of the one before it.
Go-To-Market & Vision
The launch runs founder-led DTC today. This raise adds the layer the product was built for: athlete and celebrity equity partners who actually train on the Sphere — their own routine is the proof — plus the longevity-clinic channel and group formats in gyms and studios.
Portable means social: take the Sphere to a class, train with other people, and sharpen the rotation your sport runs on — baseball, golf, soccer. The same ecosystem carries the trainer and coach economy on top, and worldwide demand is already knocking.

The Ask
Inventory is in stock and the app is live — this round goes to working capital and scaling the business, not development. We are looking for visionary capital, and for athlete and celebrity partners who want ownership in what they already believe in.
Launch marketing, athlete co-ownership deals, and the content engine that carries the method.
The app out of beta, the member experience deepened, and the trainer platform groundwork laid.
Clinic and class channels opened, international served, and the next production run funded from demand.
